Lot Description
An early 20th century silver bag. The hinged bag with clip clasp, engraved with floral and foliate sprays and and with scrolled edging, to the chain handle with ring to the top and blue fabric lining. Hallmark for Birmingham, 1916. Length 18cms. Weight 97.2gms.

The condition of this lot is fair, with tarnish, scratches and dints in keeping with age and use. The interior lining is frayed and generally worn. The pieces of fabric to the middle of the interior have become detached from their original location, where they either formed one central or two side pockets.
