Lot Description

A modern Britannia silver mounted photograph frame, the beaded rectangular aperture with shaped surround embossed in high relief with a female figure and cherubs playing amidst floral and foliate sprigs, mounted on a material easel reverse, hallmarked Neil Lasher Silverware Ltd., London 1993, height measuring 10 6/8 inches (27.5 cm). Together with a further modern Britannia silver mounted photograph frame, the oval aperture with shaped surround embossed with three squirrels amidst fruiting foliage, mounted on a wooden easel reverse, hallmarked Ray Hall, Birmingham 1993, height measuring 9 5/8 inches (24.5 cm). (2).

In fair to good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Both silver mounts would benefit from a clean and polish. Hallmarks clear and legible.
