A silver mounted child's rattle, modelled in the form of a bear with suspension bells to elbows, having mother of pearl handle and synthetic replacement teething ring. Hallmarked Birmingham, probably 1922, maker's mark very worn probably Crisford & Norris Ltd. Overall length 16cm.

In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Hallmarks rubbed and partially indistinct. The bear has slight indentations and knocks, particularly to one leg.
