Lot Description

An Edwardian small silver vesta case, of oblong form with hinged opening cover and suspension ring terminal, part bright cut engraved with foliate detail, hallmarked J & R Griffin, Chester 1905. Together with an Austro-Hungarian silver vesta case, of oblong form with niello decoration to the whole and personally engraved cartouche, Dianakopf mark (probably Vienna 1872-1922) for 900 fineness, and a George V silver striker, modelled as a book with removable lighter, hallmarked London import 1925, maker's marked rubbed and indistinct. Total weight 1.81 ozt (56.4 grams). (3).
