Lot Description

A George V silver mounted combination ring tree and pin cushion, modelled with a miniature parrot perched on a mother-of-pearl column with three curved branches, to a circular base. Hallmarked Adie & Lovekin Ltd., Birmingham 1922. Height measuring 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm).

Displaying some expected surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Silver mounts also with some tarnishing, quite heavy to certain areas. Branch mount is loose on the column and the silver mount to base is lifting slightly. A few minor dints/creases. Some rubbing and slight loss of surface detail to areas of decoration. Cushion material worn and discoloured. Hallmarks rubbed but legible.
