A mid-Victorian silver snuff box, the curved rectangular form engraved with floral and foliate scrolls surrounding a vacant cartouche to the inset hinged lid. Hallmarked Charles Washington Shirley Deakin, Birmingham 1858. Length measuring 8 cm, weight 57.8 grams.
