Lot Description

Two 1930's silver cigarette cases, each of engine turned square form with canted or stepped sides, one with initialled name panel. Hallmarks for Padgett & Braham Ltd, London 1933 and Charles Packer & Co Ltd., London 1931. Each measuring 3 1/4 inches (8.3 cm) square, gross weight 6.82 ozt (212 grams).

Condition Report

Both cigarette cases displaying some surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. A few minor surface nicks/dints and some heavier wear around edges and corners. Both hinges and clasps appear in working order. Initialled case with slight gaps remaining when closed. Hallmarks clear and legible, light wear.
