A late Victorian gold coral brooch. Carved to depict a coral bust of a young child, atop golden outstretched wings. Length 4.4cms. Weight 9.8gms. Coral untested.

<li>Overall condition good. Some surface scratches and very minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>Piece believed recently cleaned to a high finish.
<li>Coral untested for natural colour origin.
<li>Coral is a mottled light to medium pink hue.
<li>Small polyp hole and associated fine natural fissure.
