An early twentieth century German Hanau silver vase, of flared rim and tapering form with presentation engraving above a lower pierced frieze depicting a greyhound chasing a hare amidst flowering and leafy branches, to a domed spread base with lobed and gadroon style borders. Hanau psuedo-marks for Neresheimer and further hallmarked Berthold Muller, London import 1910. Height 8.75" (22.3cm), weight 11.76 ozt (366 grams).

Condition Report
Displaying some expected surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
A few minor surface nicks, dints and bumps.
Some cracks in the metal of the pierced frieze.
Vertical seam line is just visible and looking from the interior a dark patch is visible running down the length.
Presentation engraving reads, 'Presented by The Greyhound Racing Association Ltd. Harringay Stadium.'
All marks located below the rim, some minor rubbing but all clearly legible.
