A pair of William IV silver sugar tongs, in Fiddle pattern with engraved initials to terminal, hallmarked Jonathan Hayne, London 1830. Together with three further pairs of Victorian silver sugar tongs, comprising a plain pair with engraved crest terminal, hallmarked John Smyth, Dublin 1847, a pair with bead and foliate detail, hallmarked Chawner & Co, London 1865, and the third pair with palmette and scroll detail, hallmarked London 1885, maker's mark worn. Total weight 6.55 ozt (203.9 grams). (4).
