A 1930's silver four piece part tea service, together with a matched pair of silver sugar tongs.

A 1930's silver four piece part tea service, comprising teapot, hot water pot, milk jug and twin-handled sucrier, each of plain bellied form, the tea and hot water pots with ebonised handle and finial, hallmarked Barker Brothers Silver Ltd, Birmingham 1931 and 1933, height of hot water pot 8.5" (21.5cm). Together with a matched pair of silver sugar tongs, hallmarked Arthur Price & Co Ltd, Birmingham 1933. Gross weight 52.75 ozt (1641 grams).

With scratches, marks, wear and light tarnishing.
All with small nicks throughout, hot water pot with a few small knocks and end of teapot spout worn and bent. Hallmarks partly worn but legible.
