A modern silver box modelled as a treasure chest, decorated to the whole with panels of scrolling foliage within bead borders, having twin drop loop handles and raised on four corner bracket feet with hinged lid opening to a velvet lined interior. Marked to base with a convention hallmark including 925, a Common Control mark and a state assay mark for Portugal. Length 3.75" (9.5cm).

Appears in good overall condition, displaying some light surface wear, marks and scratches.
Some fairly heavy tarnishing to some areas and would benefit from a clean and polish.
Hinged lid appears in good order and closes flush.
