Full Lot Description
A continental twin-handled sugar bowl and matching cream jug, each of oval form and raised on pad feet, decorated with pastoral and figurative scenes of putti at various activities, within floral and foliate scroll surrounds. Possible Hanau marks to base. Height of sugar bowl including handles 3" (7.5cm). Total weight 8.82 ozt (274.6 grams).(2).

<li>Both displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing throughout.
<li>Some heavy tarnishing and stained marks or residues and both would benefit from a clean and polish.
<li>Surface rubbing and flattening to areas of the decoration, causing slight loss of detail.
<li>Slight knocks to feet. One foot of cream jug is pushed up and consequently the jug has a slight wobble.
<li>Marks located to base, partly rubbed. Also with engraved letters. With oval seam line around marks.
<li>Varied readings when tested. Ranging from around 84% Ag to 89/90% Ag.
