A 1930's three piece silver bachelor tea set, comprising teapot, cream jug and twin-handled sugar, each of circular plain panelled form and raised upon a stepped circular foot, the cream jug and sugar with scroll handles, the teapot with conforming wood scroll handle and finial. Hallmarked S Blanckensee & Son Ltd, Birmingham 1933. Height of teapot 5.75" (14.5cm). Total gross weight 20.1ozt (626.2 gram).

<li>All items displaying general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use.
<li>Some areas of tarnishing that would benefit from a clean and polish.
<li>Wood handle of teapot lifting from silver mounts with visible losses. Possible repair where lower silver mount joins body of teapot.
<li> Some damage to spout with the beginnings of a split along the seam line.
<li>Minor marks and discolouration to wood handle and finial.
<li>Some minor dints / nicks to body and rim of base, causing teapot to be slightly unsteady on foot.
<li>Possible solder repairs to twin handles of sugar, with handles appearing to not be symmetrical.
<li>Hallmarks clear and legible. Maker's marks worn but just legible.
