A Tiffany & Co silver golf tee, of typical form in retailer's box, marked Tiffany & Co Makers Sterling 925, height measuring 5.6 cm. Together with a matched pair of candelabra snuffers (one plated), each with a floral embossed flame, both appear unmarked. Gross weight 6.02 ozt (187.4 grams).

<li>In fair condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
<li>The retailer's box for the golf tee has a rip/tear to one corner causing the cardboard to be exposed, some other white marks to the base and along the edge.
<li>One snuffer tests from 96-99% silver, the other is plated with areas of plating showing through. Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
