Condition Report
- Item shows some surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing, and would benefit from a clean and polish.
- Central body shows notable bashes and compression through out, with the two largest bashes surrounding engraving. Item appears slightly planished in some areas as a result, especially around engraving.
- Item shows vertical, visible seam line behind handles.
- Hallmarks are rubbed and illegible, apart from the London Assay mark. Punch shapes suggest London 1896-1915.
- Item wobbles when placed on flat surface, and wobbles very slightly when pressure is exerted.
- Plinth is quite worn and tired.
- Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
