A George III silver twin-handled loving cup, of plain design with girdle detail, and heart terminals to scroll handles. Hallmarked Smith, Tate & Co (George Smith, Robert Tate, William Nicholson & Ewin Hoult), Sheffield 1810. Height 13.2cm, weight 10.5ozt (328.7g).

- Item is in good condition, in consideration of age and use, showing general but minor surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.
- Interior shows some minor nicks and dints.
- Terminals, interior and underside of base shows thick polish residue.
- Item wobbles on foot when pressure is exerted.
- Silver appears slightly bumpy around handle joins.
- Hallmarks are slightly rubbed, but still clear and legible.
