A late 18th to early 19th century oil on canvas portrait of a lady in a burnt orange dress with chemise beneath, unsigned, 74cm x 63cm, damages

- Framed 94cm x 83cm
- This would appear to have been reframed as it is cut to the very edge with the edge rim visible within the frame.
- There is a smaller visible oval, presumably from the previous stretcher
- Some patch repairs and over painting
- The frame is damaged with chips and losses
- Relined
- Very dirty / grubby
- Has been removed from a damp/cold house
