A framed Elkington trapezoid silver panel, decorated in relief with a ceremonial scene with Indian / Ottoman soldiers, a figure reading a proclamation and various figures stood behind. Partially hallmarked with maker's mark for Elkington & Co, lion passant and an S date letter, also engraved Elkington. Panel measures 26.5cm (longest) x 10.5cm.
