Full Lot Description
Two pieces of early 20th century Chinese export silver, comprising a cigarette case with Chinese character to the front and back (believed to say blessing and life) and dated 1939, the interior inscribed 'To F.A Money from Kuh Chien Shan, 1st November 1939', maker's mark probably for Tuck Chang & Co (Shanghai, c.1890-1915), measuring 10cm x 7.5cm, and a twin-handled trophy engraved 'Roe Cup 1927 China, H.M.S Vindictive', maker's mark probably for Kwan Wo (Canton or Hong Kong, c.1880-1920), height 11cm. Gross silver weight 5.56ozt (173g). (2).
