A George III silver teapot stand by Hester Bateman, the plain oval form with beaded rim, and raised on four claw and ball feet. Hallmarked London 1786. Length 16cm, weight 4.48ozt (139.4g).

Condition Report
- Displaying some surface wear, marks and tarnishing, commensurate with age and general use
- Darker areas and patches of tarnishing to the base
- With numerous small surface scratches and nicks all over, and some minor dints and dimples
- Large file marks to the base
- Slight knocks to feet, and wobbles very slightly
- Hallmarks located to base, punches appear blackened with dried polish/dirt residues, but marks still fairly crisp with some light surface rubbing
