Condition Report
- Both appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general light surface wear, marks and scratches
- Some general tarnishing and blackening, and residues of dried polish to some areas and crevices
- Also some residues of dried wax, mainly inside the bowls
- On one of the candlesticks, there are a couple of patches on the domed foot where the metal appears a different tone/colour, possibly due to the removal of an engraving?
- Hallmarks located on each domed foot, all punches clear and legible with some minor rubbing; indentations from the hallmarks are visible underneath
- Both also marked 10/100 inside the foot
- Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
