Condition Report
- Displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use
- With some minor surface and edge nicks and scuffs
- Blades are in fairly good alignment when the arms are pressed together, just with a slight overlap on one side
- Hallmark punches are a little blackened and filled with residues of dried polish, but all marks appear clear and legible with minor rubbing, including part marks to the central bar
