Georgian gold mounted citrine intaglio fob seal of oval form with open scroll grip and closed back mount, depicting the coat-of-arms for the Scottish family Gordon, circa 1770/1790, with an inconsistent vine crest, normally used on an Englishman's seal. Panel - 21 x 18mm.
