Condition Report

Victorian silver Bonbon dish of pierced and stamped form, hallmarked Birmingham 1899, measuring 12 cm x 10 cm. Together with a continental open salt with shell bowl and perched putto, stamped 925, maximum height measuring 4.3 cm. (2).

    The Bon bon dish and open salt display general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. The Bon bon dish displays some tears and high points on the embossing have worn through to holes on the inner base, the hallmarks are clear and legible the makers mark reads H.H&Co. The base of the continental open salt may be loaded.
