Condition Report

An Edwardian 18ct gold diamond and garnet two-stone ring. The old-cut diamond and circular-shape garnet, to the asymmetric shoulders and engraved gallery. Estimated diamond weight 0.35ct. Hallmarks for Chester, 1904. Weight 2.9gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The band has been repaired/resized with a slight dent and minor pitting and discolouration. The diamond appears bright, estimated J-K colour, SI clarity with some, small inclusions. Please see important notices in the back of the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The garnet is a deep purplish red hue with large dark inclusions. The garnet has moderate abrasion. Ring size N 1/2.
