An early 20th century gold sapphire and diamond crescent brooch. The graduated circular-shape sapphires with old-cut diamond double spacers, to the pierced gallery. Length 5cms. Weight 4.5gms.

    Overall condition good. Light scratches in keeping with age. Sapphires medium blue, good saturation, some with visible zoning. Bright lustre. Old-cut diamonds bright, some with minor surface abrasion. One possible diamond replacement. Estimated total sapphire weight 1.80cts. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct
