Condition Report

ROLEX - a lady's Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1977. Reference 6917, serial 5340105. Signed automatic calibre 2030. Champagne dial with gilt baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Fluted bezel, 18ct yellow gold case fitted to an 18ct yellow gold President bracelet with Crownclasp. 25mm.

Purchasing information
  • Automatic movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement seems to bear light scratches and tarnishing, consistent with general usage.
  • Dial seems to display light tarnishing and discolouration to several of the hour markers, visible under a 10x loupe, but otherwise is in good condition.
  • Hands appear to have light pitting and small areas of tarnishing.
  • Case appears to bear several small chips to the edges and light scratches.
  • Glass appears to have been replaced with plastic, which has a number of long light scratches.
  • Crown seems to display light dents and scratches.
  • Bezel seems to have slight pitting, visible under a 10x loupe.
  • Case back currently bears medium scuffs and scratches.
  • Bracelet appears to not be stretched.
  • Bracelet appears to have light scratches and tarnishing, the majority of which should polish out.
  • Clasp currently has several light scratches and dents, consistent with general usage.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 15cm. This lot does not come with a box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.

    Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
