Condition Report

HARWOOD - a gentleman's wrist watch. Import hallmarked Glasgow 1927. Numbered 10059. Signed bumper automatic movement. Silvered dial with black Arabic numeral hour markers, winding/hand-setting mode aperture to six. 9ct yellow gold case fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 29mm.

Purchasing information
  • Bumper automatic movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears in a pleasant state with some light scuffs in various places due to the age of the watch.
  • Dial appears darkened and slightly discoloured in various places.
  • Some debris and light scuffs are noticeable to the dial.
  • Hands are discoloured and tarnished.
  • Glass is heavily scratched.
  • Case is scratched to the whole surface, it also shows tiny dints in various places.
  • Leather strap is in "as new" condition, however it has been cut and glued by the lugs in order to be attached to the case.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.

    Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
