Condition Report

An early 20th century 15ct gold tourmaline and split pearl pendant. The oval-shape green tourmaline, within a split pearl scrolling surround, suspending a pear-shape green tourmaline drop, to the later chain. Length of pendant 4.4cms. Length of chain 51cms. Total weight 8.2gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Minor wear to the gilt surface. Some possible replacement split pearls. Tourmalines green with yellowish and bluish hues, moderate colour saturation. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Gemstones in good condition with some nibbles. Fairly good lustre. Pendant stamped 15. Chain clasp stamped 9ct.
