Condition Report

OMEGA - a gentleman's Seamaster wrist watch. Reference 1660203, serial 42374461. Signed automatic calibre 1010. Champagne dial with baton hour markers, date aperture to three. Gold plated case fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 36mm.

Purchasing information
  • The automatic movement is not currently functioning.
  • Movement seems to have scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear.
  • Dial appears to have two small drops of brown residue and light pitting.
  • Hands seem to show medium tarnishing and scratches with areas of rusting and several small chips, visible under a 10x loupe.
  • Glass appears to have been replaced with plastic, which is heavily chipped and scratched.
  • Bezel currently displays light scuffs and scratches.
  • Case appears to have multiple light scratches, the majority of which should polish out, with light chips and tarnishing to the edges.
  • Crown currently shows light pitting, scratching and tarnishing.
  • Case back seems to show light scratches.
  • Strap appears to have cracks and rubbing to the leather, particularly around the pin holes.
  • Buckle appears to show heavy scuffs and scratches, tarnishing and chips. This lot comes with no box or papers.
