Condition Report

TUDOR - a gentleman's bracelet watch. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1960. Stamped 18853. Signed manual wind calibre 290. White dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 9ct gold case, fitted to an expandable gold plated bracelet. 34mm.

Purchasing information
  • The manual wind movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement seems to have scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear.
  • Dial appears to show discolouration across the entire surface, several light scratches with heavy tarnishing and rusting to the hour markers.
  • Hands seem to show heavy tarnishing and rust.
  • Glass appears to have been replaced with plastic, which is heavily scratched.
  • Bezel currently displays medium and light scuffs and scratches with tarnishing around the edge, particularly around the base of the crown.
  • Case appears to have multiple medium scuffs and scratches, the majority of which should polish out, with heavy tarnishing.
  • Crown currently shows heavy tarnishing, rubbing and pitting.
  • Case back seems to show medium scratches, the majority of which should polish out, with slight tarnishing to the edges.
  • Bracelet appears to have heavy tarnishing, discolouration, scuffs and scratches. This lot comes with no box or papers.
