Purchasing information
  • The automatic movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement appears to be lightly scratched, tarnished and shows light pitting, consistent with general use.
  • Dial displays small areas of light pitting, visible under a 10x loupe. Areas of discolouration are also present between the ten and eleven and one and two markers as well as the six, seven and nine markers.
  • The luminous paint of the centre of the minute hand is no longer present. The base of the minute hand attached to the centre is slightly thinner than that of the hour hand, suggesting repair work or later adjustments. The remainder of the luminous paint is heavily discoloured and displays light cracks.
  • Glass appears to bear very light scratches, visible under a 10x loupe.
  • Case appears to have several small scratches and light pitting that should polish out.
  • Crown seems to have light scratches and tarnishing to the edge.
  • Bezel seems to display multiple medium scratches and several chips to the edge of the screw holes and on the screws themselves. Small areas of tarnishing and light scratches are present on the remainder of the bezel.
  • Case back currently bears light scratches and tarnishing, the majority of which should polish out.
  • Bracelet appears to show medium scratches and scuffs and tarnishing between the links.
  • Bracelet is not stretched.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and seems to display medium scratches and tarnishing consistent with the clasp being locked.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 18cm including the case.

This lot comes with the inner box and one half of the outer box. The inner box appears to be in good condition with the suede interior appearing slightly discoloured.
