Condition Report

BAUME & MERCIER - a gentleman's Riviera bracelet watch. Reference MV045042, serial 2249002. Unsigned quartz movement. White dial with Roman numeral hour markers, date aperture to six. Stainless steel case fitted to a stainless steel bracelet with double folding clasp. 34mm.

  • Movement is not currently functioning, if this is due to battery failure or symptomatic of a more serious problem with the watch is unknown.
  • Movement appears to be in good condition with no obvious damage.
  • Dial appears to be in decent condition.
  • Hands have light scratching.
  • Glass has light and medium scratches.
  • Bezel has light and medium scratching and dinting.
  • Case has light and medium scratches especially to the lugs.
  • Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly with light scratches.
  • Case back is secure with light and medium scratches.
  • Bracelet has light and medium scratches and detritus build up.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and feels secure.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 16cm including case.
