Condition Report

A mid 20th century 9ct gold ruby snake bangle. The engraved head with ruby eyes, to the coiled spring body and tapered tail. Maker's marks for Smith and Pepper. Hallmarks for Chester, 1962. Weight 20.1gms.

    Overall condition good, light scratches, minor discolouration and dents in keeping with general wear, one slightly heavier dent to the underside of the head. File and acid marks to the coiled spring body. Weight given included steel spring. Diameter adjustable but 5cms at rest. Maker's marks S&P.
