Condition Report

TUDOR - a gentleman's Royal wrist watch. Hallmarked Birmingham 1953. Numbered 541950. Signed manual wind calibre 59. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers. 9ct yellow gold case fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 30mm.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye.
  • Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing, some lifting of the laminate.
  • Hands show holes and discolouration to the luminous paint.
  • Glass has noticeable scuffs and multiple scratches.
  • Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.
  • Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. Crown is heavily discoloured where plating has completely lifted from he surface.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
  • Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.
