A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, with single-cut diamond shoulders, to the tapered band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.30ct, H-I colour, SI clarity. Weight 2.1gms.

    Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with age and general wear. Evidence of resizing. Diamonds bright and well matched. Principal diamond assessed within the limits of the mount. Scattered inclusions visible under magnification. Principal diamond in good condition with a few small nicks to the girdle. Girdle partially obscured by setting. Estimated total shoulder diamond weight 0.04ct. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Shoulder diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion. Stamped 18ct Pt. Ring size L1/2.
