Condition Report

An early 19th century 18ct gold pink topaz and split pearl pendant. The foil-back pear-shape pink topaz, within a split pearl surround with filligree detail. Length 4.1cms. Weight 4.3gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.There are dents to the back of the setting.The outer detail is slightly dented in places
  • Topaz light pink, fairly weak saturation of colour, with good clarity.

  • Stone in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Split pearls are fairly well matched, slight visible blemishes. There is a crack to the nacre of one.
