Condition Report

A Victorian silver bachelor tea service of oblong form, part fluted, canted corners and standing on bun feet. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co (William Gibson & John Lawrence Langman), Sheffield 1887. Gross weight 18.9 ozt (590 grams).

    Good overall condition. The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Slight chip to wooden handle. Hinge in good working order. No personal engravings.
