A cat's-eye chrysoberyl and diamond cluster ring. The circular cat's-eye chrysoberyl cabochon, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the trifurcated shoulders and plain band. One diamond deficient. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Weight 3.8gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band slightly out of shape.
- Band shows obvious pitting and porous marks, evidenbce of re-sizing and a crack is apparent to one side, attention required.
- Chrysoberyl slightly brownish-yellow, well saturated, with fairly good chatoyancy, showing a straight cat's eye effect.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Diamonds bright.
- Small light and dark inclusions can be seen easily to some diamonds under 10X magnification.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Stones in good to fair condition with minor abrasions, some diamonds show small chips to the facet edges, the chrysoberyl has some abrasion and small scuffs.
