Condition Report
An early 20th century gold and gem-set salamander brooch. The split pearl lizard, with circular-shape ruby eyes and circular-shape demantoid garnet line back. One split pearl deficient. Length 4.4cms. Weight 3.4gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- One split pearl deficient.
- Split pearls fairly well matched with slight discolouration.
- Demanotid garnets fairly well matched medium yellowish green hue. Rubies are a well matched deep medium red hue.
- Stones mostly in good condition with minor abrasions, one demantoid garnet with large chips, slight glue visible at mount.
