Condition Report

A selection of late 19th to early 20th century silver brooches. To include five name brooches, a baby brooch, a mizpah brooch, a jubilee brooch, the remaining of mainly floral design. Many with hallmarks or marks to indicate silver. Lengths 3 to 5cms. Weight 89gms.

Purchasing information
    There are 21 items in this lot. They are in generally fair to good condition for their age. One with a swallow and three ivy leaves on is missing its brooch pin as is a heart bar brooch. Many are heavily tarnished and have replacement pins. One circular brooch with swallow detail and beaded edge is bent and misshapen. One brooch with thistle detail has a slightly bent edge. A jubilee brooch shows noticeable dents. A bar brooch has its clasp missing. Both brooches with enamel have small chips to the enamel.
