An early 20th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond ring. The circular-shape sapphire line, between diamond double spacers, with scrolling engraved gallery and replacement band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Ring size O. Weight 3gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band slightly out of shape.
- Residue within the recesses of the carved gallery.
- Join marks to the shoulders.
- Sapphires medium blue and slightly purplish-blue, well saturated, with good to fair clarity and some typical inclusions.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Diamonds bright.
- Diamonds show very obvious light coloured inclusions under magnification, which can be seen with difficulty with the naked eye.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Stones in good to fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges, some slightly more significant abrasion to the centre sapphire.
- Replacement band stamped 18ct.
