A mid 19th century seed pearl choker which adapts to two bracelets. Designed as repeated openwork mother-of-pearl panels with seed pearl decoration joined by two woven rows of seed pearls to the two rectangular memorial push-piece clasps with central vacant glass panels. Can be worn as a choker or two bracelets. One clasp stuck closed. One row of pearls is detached from a clasp. Total length 31.5cms.
