Condition Report
A turquoise brooch. The late 19th century engraved scroll, with turquoise cabochon line, detachable swag and graduated drops and later foliate highlights. Length 7cms. Weight 11.2gms. With fitted case.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- File scratches to the reverse, slight discolouration.
- Recently re-gilt.
- Glazed panel to the reverse, later hair, possibly elephant hair.
- Later gems, slight wear to the mounts.
- Turquoise are a well matched slightly greenish blue hue.
- Minor abrasion.
- Textured foliate panels are later additions/replacements.
