Condition Report

A late Victorian silver claret jug, the cut-glass shaped body rising to the angular silver mounted handle, collar and flat hinged cover. Hallmarked A & J Zimmerman Ltd (Arthur & John Zimmerman), Birmingham 1900. Height measuring 8 3/4 inches (22.5 cm).

    The claret jug appears in good overall condition. Numerous small chips to the glass. Maker's mark worn, hallmarks are clear and legible. No personal engravings. Hinge in good working order.
