An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond and gem-set dress ring. The oval-shape synthetic ruby, with similar-shape ruby sides and old-cut diamond double spacers. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Ring size J1/2. Weight 3.3gms.
