An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond and turquoise three-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, with circular turquoise cabochon shoulders and openwork gallery. Estimated diamond weight 1.20cts, tinted colour, VS clarity. Ring size O1/2. Weight 3.1gms.
