A 1960s 9ct gold snake necklace. The geometric engraved head and crossover tail, with ruby cabochon eyes and snake-link back-chain. Maker's mark for Smith & Pepper. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1963. Length 37cms. Weight 29gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Dent to the back of the snakes head.
- Slight discolouration and pitting where the chain joins the body and tail.
- Rubies are a pinky red hue. Typical, surface reaching inclusions.
