A late Victorian 15ct gold gem and ruby ring. The oval-shape colourless gemstones, with vari-shape ruby spacers, to the scrolling shoulders and band. AF. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Ring size M1/2. Weight 1.8gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band has been resized.
- One of the colourless principal side stones is a paste replacement.
- One purple gem replacement.
- The rubies are not perfectly well matched, some are replacements.
- Rubies medium reddish pink, fairly well saturated, with moderate clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
